I am interested in the concept of fractals. I’m fascinated by the concept that plants are fractals on the outside and humans are fractals on the inside. These “Lung Trees” are meant to be a representation of our interconnectedness with our environment and how we must care for it as we care for ourselves. 

These pieces were on display at Aqua Gallery during Art Basel Miami 2023 in collaboration with the Shim Art Network.

They are 16’X14′ pyrographs with layered acrylic medium on wood panel titled “Going”, “Going”, “Gone”.
